RE-DESIGN & DECORATING: Consultation $500+HST

It can seem a bit overwhelming when thinking of takling renovations. Where do I begin? Our team can assist with creating your dream space, within your timeline and help you stay on budget.

As we have undertaken over 100 renovation projects of all different types & sizes, we can proudly introduce our clients to our trusted contractors that will deliver trustworthy workmanship at fair pricing. Our team can assist with overall layouts (no structural changes), material selections, finishes, lighting placement and fixtures, along with the overall look and style you are searching for.

It all begins with an on site consultation with one of our team members. This appointment usually takes 1.5-2 hours, and is an information session for the Restyled Spaces Team to understand the general scope of work in the areas identified during the meeting.

Within 48 hours of the initial visit, a follow-up email would be sent containing a mood board that would be our starting point where we compile you some examples of general styles, finishes, colours and overall look to ensure we’re on the right path. It will also contain the scope of work that we would be hired to assist with, and links to some of our contacts or tradespeople.

 DESIGN/DECORATE: Small Package – 10 Hours: $2,500

If you know that you have some design decisions and would like assistance with sourcing materials, visiting showrooms, selecting samples or help shopping at any of the local retail suppliers, Restyled Spaces & Home Staging Co. can offer a package of 10 design/decorating hours to help you make those important decisions. We can also meet with your contractors to help explain the changes or be there to help guide you through the process.

Within the 10 hours, we should be able to identify the items needed, source those items and work with you to complete up to 2 rooms.

REDESIGN: Medium Package – 15 Redesign Hours: $3,600 + HST

If there are 3 rooms that we are working towards making changes, Restyled Spaces can offer 15 design/decorating hours to fully execute the time it takes for all the details. Sourcing materials, samples, showroom visits, returning with various options, email correspondence and communications with Contractors and tradespeople, meeting on site for changes, corrections and all communications to ensure the new materials, products and selections are exactly what you were hoping for.

REDESIGN: Large Package – 20 Redesign Hours: $4,750

If you have more than 3 plus rooms needing some redesign changes, we recommend that 20 design/decorating hours be purchased to ensure the coordination, execution and communications for the multitude of questions, correspondences, sourcing and all selections related to completing the project.

REDESIGN: Hourly Rate – $255

There’s no detail too small that we can’t handle. From shopping for that perfect throw blanket, area rug or standing lamp, we can source and install all the decor (including hanging all the beautiful curated pieces of artwork) for you. It would be our pleasure to handle the sourcing, organizing deliveries and getting everything set into place, so when it’s all finished, you have a fully completed product that you can sit back and enjoy.
