We are excited to have one of our Team members who is certified Residential Transition Specialist. She can assist our downsizing clients such as our Seniors, with the coordination of the steps involved in downsizing to any home or relocation into a seniors facility. As each client has a unique set of circumstances, their services can be individually purchased or we can create a package to best support their transition, such as:
- Packing / organizing / decluttering
- Selecting the furniture to go to the new facility
- Creating layouts of furniture at the new facility
- Liaising with the new facility and clients / family of the clientsÂ
- Organizing movers
- Sale of property not required / junk removal / donations
